According to a report released by HSBC Qianhai (Mar. 2022), a securities JV between HSBC and Qianhai Financial Holdings, green hydrogen production in China will reach 2.55mnt by 2027, corresponding to an electrolyzer demand of 120GW, which represents a market of 396bn RMB.
